About

We are building CapitalOps.

Commercial credit decisioning today is a chain of email, PDFs, and unstandardized spreadsheets. Brokers re-key the same applicant data three times before a funder ever looks at it. Funders triage queues of malformed packages and decline good deals because the data hygiene is too costly.

CapitalSource.ai makes that standard executable, then puts trained agents on top of it. CSG-1003 defines the shape of a commercial credit application; the agents do the work of moving one through a deal. You deploy a specialist to your own Slack, and it operates on the same core the API and the portal use.

The category is CapitalOps. The movement is Agentic Capital. The future of alternative commercial lending is the one in which credit decisions are pure software events — auditable, embeddable, and billable by the transaction.

Principles

What we believe

Architectural choices we made on day one — and would make again.

One core, many surfaces

Domain logic lives in a single Core service. A hosted agent, the portal, the REST API, and an MCP client are all thin clients of it — so usage counting, audit, and tenant isolation apply the same way no matter how work arrives.

Standards over products

CSG-1003 is the standard. CapitalSource.ai is the reference implementation. If a competitor ships a conformant agent against the same protocol, brokers and funders both win.

Agents are coworkers, not chatbots

Each agent has a named scope, an audit trail, and an approver for anything consequential. eleven specialists make up the built fleet; eleven are ready today. CryptoTrader and MarketTrader are coming soon.

Bill on activity, not on seats

A deployed agent is set up once and then billed monthly; everything underneath bills on activity — certified applications, capability calls, and funder package pulls once that rail exists. Never per seat. We grow when our customers grow, not when their headcount does.

Standard

The CSG-1003 protocol

CSG-1003 is the canonical commercial credit application standard: 18 always-required core fields, a master router that selects the product branch, an explicit gating-rule grammar, and a Zod reference implementation in packages/csg-schema. The standard is open. The CapitalOps implementation is what we sell.
